Flood Recovery Loan

NorthCountry Federal Credit Union is offering a special low-cost loan for people suffering material and financial losses due to the recent floods. Flood Recovery Loans are available for up to $20,000 for qualified individuals and businesses, with no collateral required, and no fees.
“When disaster strikes, the best way we can help is by making money available to the people who need it, quickly and inexpensively,” explained Bob Morgan, NorthCountry’s CEO. “With the support of our Board of Directors, we were able to create and launch a solution within 48 hours.”
Although all of the credit union’s locations are now open, seven were inaccessible during flooding. “Our Central Vermont and Northeast Kingdom members were especially hard-hit,” he added. “Buildings, homes, cars, and other property can be repaired or replaced, but it will take money. That’s where we can help.”
Details of the loan are available on the credit union’s website.
